The article substantiates the necessity for conduction of the analysis of transaction costs management effectiveness at enterprises and provides parameters for conducting such an assessment. The analysis of the current state of transactional costs management at machine-building enterprises is described. The methodology of complex comparative ranking assessment of cost-efficiency (which initially consisted only of aggregate standardized indicators such as return, profitability, commercial viability) is improved by addition of the turnover growth rates, rates of the net income from sales and net income with respect to growth in transaction costs of enterprises.
