Abstract:

A theoretical justification of the notion “system of control over energy saving” (presented as a triunique system regulating subjects’ behavior in the process of control over energy saving) from the perspective of systematic and process approaches is given in the article. Also the results of the calculations of the energy saving potential and a strategic plan of Program of Energy Saving Measures implementation in whole and in accordance with subsystems of the triunique system of control of energy saving are presented.
