Abstract:

The article is devoted to the new tendency in the study of intellectual capital – dynamics of productivity of specialists’ intellectual labour at the hightechnology innovational active organizations. It is offered to determine this dynamics as ratio of level of innovative increments of improving parameters to the period of time during which a specialist may develop given innovative alterations in accordance with his intellectual and creative capabilities.
