Abstract:

This article discusses both the internal and external problems of the management of enterprises of the electrical engineering industry. The tasks and the conditions necessary for the effective functioning of an enterprise are identified. The management mechanism for an electrical engineering enterprise is described. The basic stages of the life cycle of electrical equipment are determined.
