Abstract:

The article deals with approaches of different authors to the strategy of a company sustainable development and proposes authorial approach, provides constituent elements of the strategy, proposes the company sustainable development model which reflects different variants of balance between economic, ecological and social aspects and the dynamics of development strategy realization.
