Abstract:

This article summarizes the analysis of residential houses commissioning in the Russian Federation, formulates the problems that arouse/arise at organization of housing cooperatives. It also pinpoints inconsistencies that exist in current practice of housing cooperatives and proposes directions for further development of residential construction development.
