Abstract:

The author substantiates the necessity of secondary professional educational system development management in modern Russia on the base of educational innovations. The author offers classification of secondary professional educational innovations, based on their essential characters. The article considers possibilities of this classification’s use as an important management instrument of decision making in secondary educational system development management.
