Abstract:

The article shows classification characters of negative aspects of human factor counteraction methods development in the processes of energy supply of regions. The author substantiates basic personnel training requirements for energy availability solutions search in the regions. He also grounds conditions forming requirements for optimal change of potential of given energy generating capacities.
