Abstract:

The article consists of a problems have been appeared in during carry out evaluation and assessment procedures for define effectiveness procured goods, works and services. The assessment criteria and indicators applied in determining all procurement are relevance, efficiency, effectiveness, impact. Therefore, in the context of evaluation process we will get expected activities from procurement managers.
