Abstract:

Two groups of factors (positive and negative), and also a group of principles, typical to building industry clusters and determining a methodological basis of an optimization process in cluster formations due to development of optimal supply chains are presented on the basis of an analysis of peculiarities of an institutional environment of investment building complex, nature of a material flow movement, and also determination of a core role of a logistic integration. A proposed classification of factors and principles can be used by coordination structures of a cluster development, enterprises, being participants of the cluster of building materials industry as the methodological basis for optimization of the logistic business processes of the cluster due to formation of optimal logistic schemes.
