Abstract:
The increasing role of human capital is one of the long-term systemic challenges, expressing a global trends and domestic barriers to development. Along with increasing global competition, the expected new wave of technological change, the growing role of innovation evolution of human capital becomes a strategic benchmark long-term socio-economic development of Russia. Goodwill person may be an important factor in the development of human capital in Russia. The author distinguishes the stages of goodwill and spoke about the need for a system of goodwill and its prospective.
