Abstract:

This article considers author's model of development of the firm called the "development tree of the firm", based on the different stages of the life cycle of the company, product, technology, strategy. Description of the main features of the model are determined by parameters of the evaluation capacity of the company, a classification and assessment of impact on the economic growth of the company, the factors of external and internal environment.
