Abstract:

Conceptual and methodological frameworks of effectiveness growth of management of an energy security of regions are defined in the Article. The Author considers the energy security from the point of view of an economic security, emphasizing its system properties. It is outlined that the security basic condition on an innovative phase of the country’s development is social and economic stability, and in this connection a social responsibility of subjects in a system of economic relations of the society gains a critical importance.
