Abstract:

system of a labor motivation within a behavior based approach is considered in the article. An interaction pattern of regulated and creative labor, and effect of their correlation on a community welfare growth is proposed. An emphasis on necessity to change an approach to the motivation system of personnel in self-developing and self-organizing systems is laid.
