Abstract:

Factors, affecting living standards and psychological state of a person in a modern society, are considered in the article. Who to pull out of a state of decay? The author recognizes a solution of this problem in changing of attitude to labor, filling it with a creative power. “Magic power” of labor – in its ability to change living standards of persons and to make economy stable. Labor has to bring satisfaction, provide worthy income, health and possibility of professional growth for every member of the society.
