Abstract:

Economy heads for modernization processes. The decisive role in these processes belongs to the high schools’ sector of science, and realization of it’s potential for maintenance and development of innovative transformations. There are no systematic dependence between science, education and production. This calls for developing of an interdependence model which is given in the article as 3 blocks: institution of higher education-production-innovative center, instruments of control, algorithm of action.
