To date, the market of trust management becomes more and more developed in areas related to commercialization and protection of rights of institutional investors. As the 2008 financial crisis has demonstrated, governmental and regulating bodies cannot prevent the economic crisis, caused by speculative actions of financial market participants. The author considers the credit fund as one of the innovative forms of asset securitization. It has been suggested that credit funds under proper risk management can be used as a tool for development of priority areas in the economy.
