Abstract:

The article discloses the problems of selling the timber obtained in using the forests situated on the territories of the forest reserve, in accordance with Art. 43–46 of the Forest Code of the Russian Federation. A proposal on increasing revenues of the federal budget from the sale of this timber by means of making amendments to the legislation is set forth.
