In the article competition and sales management in the retail banking market are analysed. Theoretical and practical aspects of the building of competitive ability and different retail banking sales management systems in the modern conditions are regarded. The conclusion is made that in the modern conditions the whole positive experience and modern sales technologies by the realization of retail banking are used.
