Abstract:

The modern economic reality is as follows: after the break-up of the world colonial system the first exploitation forms of countries and peoples changed their forms but not their essence. In the article, the relationship between economically developed countries and developing countries are defined as a “non-colonial exploitation” and the factors on which it is based are analysed. The conclusion is unanswerable that the state should review its economic policy and update the development strategy of the national economy for the overcoming by Russia of all dependence forms and its self-assertion.
