Abstract:

The construction industry due to its specific character needs financial support from the state, and the issue of the effectiveness of public funds is quite severe for both the investors-developers and for the federal (regional) and local authorities. Effective utilization of public funds provides steady growth of the income of the investors-developers and helps to address the problem of housing supply in the regions of the country.
