Abstract:

The article analyzes the problems existing in the road construction sector in Russia: inadequate funding of the sector and the related need to shift some of the costs of the state to private investors and users of roads, gaps in the law regulating the trade in selecting contractors, incorrect pricing, risks of contractors and builders, etc. The ways of solving the analyzed problems are proposed.
