Abstract:

Is the abuse of the right possible while carrying out the entrepreneurial activities? Article 10 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation expressly prohibits actions with the intent to cause harm to another person, as well as abuse of the law in other ways. However, in the author's opinion, the abuse of the right while carrying out business is still possible, if the focus is changed: when it is allowed not for the purpose of inflicting harm, but that of making profit.
