Abstract:

The paper considers the problems of the development of compulsory medical insurance in Russia. In particular, the authors analyze the issues related to the receipt and expenditure of the territorial fund of compulsory medical insurance in the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania, acknowledging a positive shift and improvement of the healthcare system in the republic.
