Abstract:

Institutions function as regulators for relations directing them towards the state economic policy and balancing the needs and feasible resources. In this regard, public institutions are the leading element providing not only security but also stability of the socio-economic development. Despite the existence of all institutional structures in the Russian Federation, they are not linked together into a single effective mechanism.
