Abstract:

The article reflects specific features of development of foreign science and research sector during last 15 years, specifies the basic trends in the change of key indices, defining the state of the innovative sphere of the most advanced countries. The author draws conclusions about the main tendencies in innovative economy formation in countries – members of international organization OECD.
