Abstract:

The article discusses the concept of entrepreneurial skills in the context of the evolution of its semantic components and its place in the economic theory. It is suggested to consider the entrepreneurial skills as the ability to combine the factors of production provided the inclusion of the institution of ownership as part of production factors.
