Abstract:

The paper considers the problem of dumping in the evaluation of the state and municipal property in the Sverdlovsk Region which is relevant to the present state of the evaluation services market. The authors draw a conclusion that in order to prevent dumping, it is necessary to radically increase the responsibility of appraisers and to continuously improve their professional level.
