Abstract:

The paper focuses in the federal and regional governmental housing programs, analyzing their objectives, goals and indicators, standards of implementation, funding sources, and how the affordable housing market in Russia is formed. In the writer’s opinion, solving the existing problems in the sphere of housing construction is only possible by means of public-private partnerships.
