Abstract:

Opportunities for a thoroughly planned process of industrial enterprise bankruptcy prevention are the subject of the article. The leading principles of strategic management aimed at enterprise crisis prevention are described, and some antirecessionary measures and tools of successful bankruptcy prevention are pointed out.
