The problem of attracting investment to the domestic electric network complex is gaining in importance due to the significant depreciation of the main infrastructure, which challenges reliability of electric power supply along with the overwhelming lack in financial resources for an update. Since most electric companies belong to the infrastructural segment of the economy and retain the state regulation principle in many spheres of their activities, the problem of low investment attractiveness must be solved by a number of interrelated measures on federal, regional, and company levels.
