Abstract:

Material is devoted to the development of innovative activity in Russian industrial enterprises. It reflects the aspect of introducing a culture of innovation in the enterprise tools such as innovation strategy, innovation system and the organization of the generation of innovation. Problem statement is oriented to the persons which directly organize innovative activities at each plant.
