Abstract:

When an apartment building is selected to join a governmental program for reproduction of housing, the question is, what the criteria for the choice are, and how important is each of them. Such issues are burning ones, considering the very limited funding opportunities originating from programs for housing stock reproduction. The writer suggests a set of methods to define those apartment blocks that long for reconstruction and repairs in the first place.
