Abstract:

Under the present economic conditions, when the standard of living remains so low for the rural population, while considerable rural areas go on deteriorating, diversification of rural economy is getting to be a crucial priority. Although both federal and regional authorities, as well as country people themselves are all aware of the importance of arrangements for the rural populations, the process in question is retarded by plenty of unsolved problems.
