Abstract:

Analyzing the ongoing transition to innovative economy in Russia, the writer concludes that under free market conditions and competition, attraction of foreign investment is one of the key issues. Therefore, establishing enterprises with foreign investment is to be regarded as a way of raising efficiency of the Russian national economy and promoting its integration into the global market.
