Abstract:

The article is devoted to talent management as one of the most important factors in the development of innovative capacity, creating conditions and prerequisites for the development and implementation of innovations. The author considers the most typical examples of the definition of innovative potential and gives his own interpretations of them. It is shown how talent management affects the development of the innovative capacity of a company.
