In the present economy the role of insurance services is rapidly increasing. The scope of services associated with losses and risks due to natural disasters, the climate change, frequently occurring natural damages and devastation is expanding. The importance of insurance in business, real estate and other industries has grown up. One can state that insurance services mostly relate to the stable development of the national economic system, an example of which is the Republic of Azerbaijan. After the collapse of the USSR and when developing its model of economy, Azerbaijan placed its bids on the development of the market of insurance services. During the past 20 years of independence the country has managed to form the market, but currently it does not cover all sectors of the national economy, especially the ones of services, real estate and others.
