Abstract:
The article is devoted to issues of organizational change as a prerequisite for development and implementation of innovations. We considered the particularities of «knowledgeable» and having an innovative culture learning organizations. Researched the problem of overcoming resistance to change based on the involvement of employees in the process of innovation and providing for respect for the diversity of opinions and positions of members of the team.
