Abstract:

We study the process of creation of innovation infrastructure as an essential element of socioeconomic development of Russia. Particular attention is paid to an effective linkage of industrial, scientific and educational sectors. It is proposed to evaluate the potential of the innovation infrastructure through the intellectual capital of its structural elements.
