Abstract:

The article examines the measures to improve the quality of the workforce, implemented in the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous District. In particular, to achieve this goal, the work on advanced training of workers is carried out, and the regional center for vocational guidance has been organized. It aims to reassign the labor resources according to their professional interests to the various sectors of the economy.
