Abstract:

The article examines the features of management in the pharmaceutical businesses in the Novgorod Region. According to the author, the effective implementation of management decisions in this area equally depends on the monitoring of their execution and on the proper work with the personnel who execute the set tasks. The article provides the guidelines for working with the staff who implement management decisions.
