Abstract:
This article focuses on methodological approaches to assessing quality in outsourcing. It addresses the concept, the basic parameters and methods of assessing the quality outsourcing services at different stages of the negotiation process. Article will be interesting to students, teachers, entrepreneurs, using their practice in this type of service.
