The author suggests that not only the newly hired staff adapts to the internal environment of the enterprise, but the enterprise is influenced by the individual characteristics of the employees. This mutual process of adaptation is associated with all sorts of uncertainties, and in the author’s opinion, a tool for managing them is personnel marketing, which is able to effectively influence the criterion functions and restriction parameters of the economic life of the organization, including the ones at personnel adaptation.
