Abstract:

It is no secret that Russian agriculture is in decline. What measures could contribute to its development? According to the author, for more efficient operation of small family enterprises in the agricultural sector it is necessary to introduce for the peasant (farm) enterprises a system of limitations on attracting the labor force, the size of production capacity, the share of agricultural products in the total sales of production (goods, services) in order to distinguish them from business entities and partnerships.
