Abstract:

The article examines the current methodology which evaluates the economic efficiency of using the labor resources. The authors show that the used indicators of productivity do not allow a comprehensive evaluation of the labor resource effectiveness in a market economy. The authors propose to do such estimation based on the cost effectiveness of labor and personnel.
