Abstract:

The Russian financial market is widely open for the positioning of foreign hedge funds, which entails almost all the threats and challenges of the globalization. To date, the global hedge industry began to emerge from the crisis, and one can suppose that it would enlarge its expansion in Russia. For a successful monitoring of the global hedge industry it is necessary to analyze the trends of the dynamics in the hedge funds in the U.S.A., the EU and the developing markets.
