Abstract:

The article is aimed to describe an original approach to solution of one of the most complex problems – classification of company’s risks. The author considers the principles, methodological approach to risk classification, provides a matrix of balanced risk classification, offers a recommended quantitative composition of risks subject to management levels. The concepts of risk spectrum and profile are described.
