Abstract:

The article describes a methodical approach to building innovation management system at pharmaceutical enterprises. The essence of this approach is to allocate the basic elements of the management system (organizational, legal, operational, technical, economic, financial and personnel ones) and to substantiate the concept of their functional interaction in the light of the industry characteristics and limitations.
