Abstract:

How to estimate the innovative potential of Russia? The authors consider the existing methods of such assessment at the micro and macro levels. Analysis of the position of Russia in the world innovative development rankings shows not the best result. Can the situation be changed and how can it be done? You will find the answers in the article.
