Abstract:

The economy of the North has to ensure a sustainable growth of the national economy due to the rich resource potential. Associations of small businesses are an effective form of small business development. In the person of family farms the state will have a social and economic institution, by means of which the state authorities will be able to carry out the social policy in the region.
